They require messy maintenance every 2-3 years, are prone to refrigerant leaks, and are only getting more expensive while not being built any better. Some brands are better than others but we really don’t like them.

We don’t sell you what you don’t need and were not going to install the cheapest priced equipment on the market just to make a sale. We’re also not going to push the “Top of the line” equipment either, unless you really want to spend some extra money it’s just not worth it for us or you in the long run. What we will do is give you “Rock Solid” service and give you options that are practical if major repairs are need or it’s time to replace your system.

From installation to regular maintenance there isn’t much we don’t do. Here are some real numbers for those who are trying to shop around. Our service call rate is $120 per hour and after diagnosis and repair most service calls are completed in 3 hours or less.

The average invoiced service call in 2025 with us was $565 with many of these being simple fixes invoiced at less than $200.

The average invoiced changeout in 2025 with us was $11,506.55. System brand, capacity, and installation requirements can change this price up or down quite a bit.

The average invoiced new construction 3 Ton Heat Pump install with us was $20,786.96. As with the changeouts several factors can make this price fluctuate up or down.
